How long is the lease?
We lease on a month to month basis.

What do I need to bring when I'm ready to rent a storage unit?
We require that you bring a valid driver's license or government issued photo ID, along with a $15.00 Security Deposit and the first months rent. If the lease is signed after the 15th of the month, the rent will be prorated for the first month, and both the first and second month's rent will be required at the lease signing.

When are storage rent payments due?
Payment is due by the 1st of the month.

Do you prorate the rent?
The first month's rent will be prorated if the unit is rented after the fifth of the month. The last month's rent is not prorated.

Will I receive a monthly statement?
No.

What if my payment is late or my check comes back as Non-Sufficient Funds?
If your payment is late a late fee of $20.00 will be applied to your account. If your check is returned for insufficient funds a fee of $20.00 will be applied to your account.

Will I get the security deposit back?
Security deposits are refunded after move-out as long as the  terms and conditions of the lease are followed.

How do I let you know I don't need the storage space anymore?
You must notify us a minimum of ten days prior to the end of the last month of occupancy . No pro rata reimbursement of rent will be made for the month of termination.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard or Visa, as well as personal/business checks. Other payment options are available, including automatic monthly billing from your checking account or major credit card.

Do I need to supply a lock?
Yes, you will need to supply your own lock. However, for your convenience, we sell high quality locks in our retail store for $15.00 plus tax. We also sell a wide variety of packaging and moving supplies.

Is there a discount for long term?
No.
