We lease on a month to month basis.

We require a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID, a check or money order for the $25.00 Security Deposit, and the first month’s rent. If the lease begins after the 15th of the month, the rent will be prorated for the first month, and both the first and second month’s rent will be required at the lease signing.

Payment is due by the 1st of the month.

The first month’s rent will be prorated if the unit is rented after the fifth of the month. The last month’s rent is not prorated.

If your payment is late a late fee of $20.00 will be applied to your account. If your check is returned for insufficient funds a fee of $20.00 will be applied to your account.

Security deposits are refunded after move-out as long as the terms and conditions of the lease are followed.

You must notify us a minimum of ten days prior to the end of the last month of occupancy . No pro rata reimbursement of rent will be made for the month of termination.

We accept personal/business checks or money orders. You also have the option to sign up for our on-line payment portal and enter your banking information or debit/ credit card to set up automatic monthly payments or process one-time payments.

Yes, you will need to supply your own lock. However, for your convenience, we sell high quality locks in our retail store for $15.00 plus tax. We also sell a wide variety of packaging and moving supplies.
